One word to those folks-
Litigation.
They better have their ducks in a row if they make this rule.
I don't think a judge would like what the anti-spearing people at the GRNMS and SAFMC have done.

We try to show them reality with facts and logic. If they refuse to give up their BS agenda, we will take them to court.
