She says the United States broke the law first by letting her sneek into the country with out papers... BS! She broke the law first by sneaking into the country, the US has caught many, it just didnt catch her. The congress was trying to pass a law that if you were not in the country legally a child born here was not a US citizen, I never heard what happened to that law. Would have been a good law. If your not here legally you shouldnt be afforded protection under any of our laws either,

She's lucky all she got was deported.Illegal re-entry after deportation is a felony carrying around 5 years.

The problem is, if they prosecute and convict her of the felony charge, she will still be in the United States.

I think the United States should treat the Illegal Aliens from Mexico, the same way Mexico treats illegal aliens entering their country.

Another way to curb the illegal alien problem, is to start enforcing the laws we have and hammer the people who hire illegal aliens, if they can't work, they will leave.

Your right,Bret.But I can tell you if they would deport all of the illegals doing time right now then the population in the fed system would easily drop by half.Which is cool except they'd be right back before the bus that took 'em could hit 2nd gear.
