IMHO I'd set her up w/ a c3 and 3 long 9/16s bands and a single wrap. Id imagine shed be much happier landing the fish than just launching shafts at them;) the c0 is a hole or low viz gun.
im no expert , but I think the C3 is riffes best gun.
