Headed down for a break from spearfishing by spearfishing somewhere else.
Week 1 was Stacy(diving seagull)and his son.On 1 dive his son dropped his gun and I lost a shaft and black when my clip came undone.Stacy went back down and recovered them all.We shot a few hogs and blacks,including Shotzy's first.WTG,the boy will be outshooting us in a short while.We had a great time,vis was stellar and currents mostly doable.

Week 2 was my buddy Lee who normally dives in holes in the ground and his new diver GF Diane.We did a coupla mix dives 230' and 200' and got a few fish.Dove a whole lot of wrecks both published and not.We really had a great time and conditions continued to be stellar.

Week 3 was Nick and his wife Christi.Nick is hardcore and had just came up from diving with friends in the Lower Keys.Biggest day of the trip came when we dropped in on a wreck in 190' .I bypassed nice Keys hogs on my way to a black.Nick shot 2 #8 hogs,mine were around #5.

Week 4 was me & the girls.2 of my wifes friends came down.We dove mostly shallow with 1 deep wreck(>100')per day for me.
Hi-lights of the trip were nice fish,good conditions,seeing 2 different #100 class blacks and great food and spending time with friends.
Lo points were few bugs where we were in Tavernier and this pic was just a couple houses down

When we were in the keys in August we saw a boat on a lift have the two stern cleats ripped out of the fiberglass and it ended up just like the boat in the pic.

Didn't know any of the Jax boys used that fancy air. :D Dont tell me you had a BC, too? Pony tank? Chase says they run you off if you use any of that sissy stuff. :toast:
