got out today w/keezdiver and swimsuit whore.

did drops in 90ft and everything was great until you hit 60ft then it turned to 5ft vis. sucks because i know there are grouper there....if you could see them.
ended up coming in alittle and freediving 70-40ft and did well.

saw a bunch of 15-20 blacks but could not make it happen. everyone had a excuse.
mine: all my shafts are slightly bent
jess: bad trigger mech
jeff: stupid euro gun

got some nice mutton and jess got the only grouper and nice hog.

i shot a 40-50lb king fish and everything was great. gun took off, line took off, float took off, then 30 sec later the float stops moving and line goes slack. next time.

we also found the biggest slipper lobster that i have every seen down here. it was floating in the water.

last pic is of some guys that we saw while we were running in that were fishing as close as you possibably can by the sanctuary

all in all good day with some GREAT divers.

How was the water temp down there and did you run into the massive school of Jelly fish as well?

not a massive school but you would want to keep a eye out while drifting.
temp is normal for this time of year.
