does any one have any numbers they dont mind sharing for miami ft lauderdale area shallow water please 80 ft max. also what would be a good place to go in a small boat?

Everything out here is so heavily fished its going to be hard to get anyone to give up "their" spots.

http://www.divespots.com has a bunch of them, or you can get out and look for drop offs on the reef. There are a few reef lines out of PE that are pretty shallow.

swim out of hollywood beach (dania) about 300-500 yds. once you find the reef hunt parallel to the shore- should find some holes, mark against a building for later reference., same in hallandale bch. just that you have to go out further...goood luck

thanks it is really appreciated. my brother and i are still knew to sport of spearing and havent had much luck. I can say weve learned alot from this forum. we live just north of orlando but we are always doing something on impulse.
