I had a flfreedivers reel on my poseidonsub. It worked great and its cheaper than the aimrite.

I just got a gun with that reel on it and I can't get it working right, just wondering if someone had a few moments to show me the deal on this thing.

Let me conter my other personality... I had an aimrite and its was :yay: But I havent seen the difference from any other reel. They all work. Floridafreediver is cheaper though.
Anyone got that itch for a big fish to come around and you plugg it with your gun and it just tears up all your gear? I want a fish to just destroy all my equipment next weekend. Its a good excuse to buy more stuff

Sorry, I'm not on Okinawa, but I can't pass on a chance to pimp Florida Freedivers. I've got their reel on my 110 RA and it's worked great so far. I haven't used it in a while but I shot a peanut dolphin, a few cudas and an amberjack with it, held up great to all of their fast runs and everything. Only problem was on the user end when I first got it cuz I hadn't used a reel before then.

Brownsuit,

Anytime you have time I'm ready, I'm keeping it my car until I get it working right. Did one of your mounting screws go through the hole in the line guide?

Yes one screw goes through the line guide. I`ll let you know but I`m pretty open in the evenings, I just hope I can help.:fish:
