picked up a 3rd line shaft off the bottom that i believe is a 48" shaft (will confirm tonite).

it is intended for a 48" gun since it matches the old shaft for my 48" SH. but it fits in my 60" gun with about 1" extending past the muzzle (could work as a backup with a longer screw on tip). so i'm sure it would fit a 54" gun nicely as well.

i really never intend to need a gun that short, so maybe someone could use them.

2 shafts are in great shape, 5/16" dia with the standard 6mm threaded end.

1 shaft is about 6" longer with a double flopper built in and a regular point, it has the flopper retainer on it as well as a "unique" slide ring. its not like a biller ring, more like a JBL...but solid metal with a loop to tie the line to.

all 3 are straight

i may even have a slide ring or 2, plus the line retainer (spring like thing) if needed.

not really worth shipping them...maybe a pickup.

new they are $30 from ray....plus shipping.

so how bout $20 each?

here is a pic of the one shaft that has a double flopper and slide ring setup.

also....the flopper shaft has 3 notches, as does ONE of the threaded shafts...the last threaded shaft has only 2 notches.

I will be in the Keys Saturday. I think they will fit my gun. Interested. Also you still up for a shared expense trip next week.

Jeff,that double flopper slide ring shaft is also called a "jack hammer" shaft. Let me know if you have any Biller 60" free shafts with 3 notches for sale. I'll be in Marathon 10/5-10/8 diving with Ritchie and Cindy.

as for extra shafts....60" is what jess shoots...and they shoot out of my big gun as well (just a bit stubby) so i'm not likely to unload those.
