He made the same mistake that Hugo Chavez did. They figured that since most Americans are dissatisfied with either Congress, President Bush, or both, that they can come here and expect us to let them bash out system.
this guy is a radical islamist and there is no place for freedom of speech in radical islam what so ever. So why should we provide him with a platform to express him self?
which he has done very very poorly anyway;
he has not anwser any question directly, and he went on claiming, they have a freedom of speech in Iran. Those anybody buys that?
If this were true, then why all foreign media banned in Iran? why the Iranian cant owned a sattelite dishes? why all the womans have to covered up with head scarf? You know womans cant even watch soccer game in Iran? If there is freedom why millions of Persians do live out side of Iran? Just a month ago Police round up hundereds of woman, just be couse their head scarf was showing some hair!!!!!!!! Could any body in Iran critisize Mollahs?
yes they do have a parliment and presidents but all major decisions made by supreme counsils of Mollahs
Let me tell you this Ahmedinejhad and people like him take Iran 200 years back.
the way I see it Democracy is good is the one respects it!!!
and he has no respect for democracy what so ever?

Free speech can be very useful. It helps when you play Spot The Idiot ;)
I really don't have a problem with the school having him speak. But once again we see a double standard where the guy in charge defends this on the grounds that they're open to a free exchange of ideas, no matter how vile or repugnant, yet he forbids officers from ROTC from coming on campus. I guess they just go too far, doncha know.
