weather looks shitty this weekend. Someone at work was saying possible 6m swells. Brownsuit, the Yoron trip may not be a good idea...

DoooooooooD dont let weather stop you. Its an island just dive the other side. That spot you hit on your island wasnt even the tip of the ice burg. Next time try the North or south side of the island cuz thats where the currents run.

Here is the tropical storm or maybe typhoon.

really? we went north on Yoron and the currents almost dragged us away. Then we went to another north spot and south the next day and it was unreal. So you think this storm is nothing to worry about?

If it stays south there will be places to dive. But I wouldnt go to yuron cuz thats some $$$ right there.
Yes strong current is where I have found many dogtooth and other big fish. Just have to wait on the edge of it. Ask Rob. Everytime we are at the spot the current pics up and we are greated by huge fish. Not so much reef fish as palegic type.

Zack and I hit a spot north of torii. I had heard some good things about it but had no idea that there where that many good fish around there. I ended up with two coral trout a 2.3k and a 3.2k by the restaurant scale I sold them at. Missed out on alot of large taman though swimming around in midwater. Im looking to hit it again soon. Zack thanks for the compliment, it was good diving with you.

Is is near that long stretch of beach? If it is, I tried swimming out there one day during an incoming tide. Kicked my ass! Saw a bunch of nice fish, but my wimpy gun wouldn't reach out and touch them though. I live about 10 min from Zampa, let me know if you guys are in my hood again.

Rob had nothing to say but good things about you. Said that you were in awesome shape, some sort of Lance Armstrong. Rob use to be awesome when he had his old gun. Rob is a good guy, comes up with a lot of ideas which I end up making but thier his ideas non the less.
Now I cant leave out Prayot. Though rude and speaks his mind no matter what, he is an excellent spearo. This guy has to be the luckiest man alive. I have seen him shoot from one reef to another nailing a coral trout. I have seen him fight dog tooth on just 2 wraps of mono and he is actually a really cool guy :yay:
