If you can get it for around 150ish, you did stole it. I think my dealer cost on that BC brand new from the factory was around 300$, 500+ retail. D Wreck 10-05-2007, 09:01 PM I can get the thing for probably 100 or better for me is to just trade him my scout for it. He doesn't dive much at all and it was given to him. I want more storage than my old scout has to offer and its very simple, versus this recon that looks like its built like a tank. Ask him for a test dive with it to see if you like it. If you want more storage look at some of the Dive Rite add on pockets. They sell a variety of sizes and attachments. I have an add on zipper pocker on my BP and wing that I use. Some people swear by those big thigh pockets. If I was you I'd keep the Scout, but I really like that BC. D Wreck 10-06-2007, 09:19 AM Thanks Megabeast. Yeah I have the recon now , he said take it and use it, if I like it we can work out a deal. One of my friends bought a boat and it had a mess of new dive gear in the bow, this bc was adjusted to the biggest size, so everyone thought it was an xl. It was past on to a brother and then to another friend and still has never been used, sad. Teh Wicked 10-06-2007, 11:12 AM I need to find a BC for that good of deal... Preferrably a Ranger or Dive Rite transpak with wings. Only problem is most of the used ones on the market are like M when I need a L or XL. |
