I use this all the time for a quick fix for family and friends

-1-??? Flour tortilla burrito wraps the largest you can find, or the small ones for personal-
-shredded cheese- I use the publix italian blend (mozz, cheddar, provolone, asiago), any other type will do
- spaghetti sauce (i use newmans, and lately the "classico creations" traditional basil pesto or the italian sun dried tomotoes one- very intense flavor, a little goes a long way- around the spaghetti section in publix, small 10 oz glass bottles)
- toppers the regs- pepperonni, shrooms, bacon, ham, onions- or gourmet chorizzo, pineapple, lobster tidbit, *italian seared mahi fingers, hearts of palm etc.

1-Get the flour tort. wraps, punch a few holes in it with a fork (prevents them from getting air puffs)
2-put inside 350 preh. oven for about 2 min. (watch them they need to get just a slight golden brown) flip over do the same on the other side
3-take out put sauce, cheese, toppers
*italian seared mahi fingers- dust a mahi fillet with any italian mix, add a little olive oil to hot skillet, sear on both sides- should be slightly raw in ctr.
4-back in oven 350 broil 1-3 min watch them they go from perfect to burnt fast

:yay:ENJOY:yay:

we do this once a week in our home except we use pita bread instead. quick, easy and good. WAY better than any frozen pizza you could ever buy and it cooks faster!!
