I was heavy into sportbikes a few yrs ago and this exact thing happened in that community as well. The huge original respected site blew up one day and was never the same again.

Be sure to email your friends and talk about www.spearfishingplanet.com at the local dive spot and dive meetings. So many people don't log on very often and Tony has gone out of his way to be sure that no one knows there is a better alternative site to SB. He has banned any member mentioning our site, banned the use of spearfishingplanet, banned many founding members of SB including his own club members and sponsors.

We have not tried to control the information you guys share about other sites, it is in the best interest of the community to let everyone communicate instead of trying to manipulate the flow of information in the name of corporate profit.

This site is now filling with those people that understand what is most important, sharing information-not controlling it and the never ending battle to protect, promote, and grow our sport. Thank you and congratulations everyone, we will break 300 users today!

Hello young lady! See you in a few weeks at the SPO! Had to make the move to a forum that has my spearfishing rights as one of their top priorities. I was tired of being told that the grouper and red snapper and aj issues we aree facing was a local issue not a major issue! You are still a goober in my book. If you think this board has been moderated fairly, you are only fooling yourself. I am somewhat of an outsider, as I do not post on this board all that much, but come on! You play favorites, and that has shaken the trust of many respected members of Spearboard, including myself. I, along with many others, made the move to spearfishingplanet. This board has strayed so far from what it was a year ago. That is all.
