Nothin really spectacular today when I left, but only three of us had come in. I think the biggest fish is Eric's cuda at 27.9lbs. He had a 2.3lb hogfish which nobody thought we would see in this tourny. Dustin was second with a 1.7lb hog. Even though these aren't big hogs, just the fact that we have hogs now is awesome. Dustin also had first place snapper with a 6.3lb mango. Eric had a 5.7lb mango for second and there were several other snapper weighed between us. My whopping 6.9lb grouper was the only one weighed but I don't predict that monster to stay on top very long. I weighed a 2.8lb trigger and Dustin brought a 1.8lb sheepie for the trash fish category. That puts Eric on top overall followed by me then Dustin. Maybe Ms. Ann will update if somebody else comes in, if not I'll post the final scores tomorrow night. There are a couple of boats that should bring in some good fish so maybe we'll see something big.

The tournament was great. Great food, great people, and nice fish. Once we get our pictures together I will try to get a report up.

I'll try to call Ms. Ann and get her to put up the final scores. I remember who won what but I don't remember the exact weights. It boils down to team 34' Venture with lots of big ass fish :chuck:. The tourny was a blast, and the prizes were great. I think I was like 8th to go to the table and still walked out with about $250 worth of goodies. Ms. Ann did a fantastic job with this tournament especially considering it was her first one. This tourny will be big in the next few years. Chris, Dan, Jamie, and Christina it was great to meet you guys, can't wait to get out and do some deeper shootin. Nice fish everybody, can't wait to see all the pics.

Cudos to the Daly's for hosting a great tournament! Kody, it was great to meet you and some of our N. Fla spearo brothers and sisters. If anybody out there is looking for a good vibes, well hosted tournament with a lot of good people, you need to come up and shoot the panhandle next year. Dan and Chris, are you gonna post? I'll send some of my photos later.

Jamie, that avatar is hilarious. It was good to meet you guys. I'm already lookin at classes so I can get out there with ya'll. I want to tag along on a freediving trip too, maybe I can learn somethin. Ya'll keep in touch and let me know when you need an anchor bitch.
