How is it possible for the wind to blow 20knots for 3 months in a row.Fall is my favorite time to dive because work slows down, less cones to deal offshore, and most of all the fall cobia run is in full effect.Has anyone been able to get out?Any goods news about the damn weather?

Do You think we should start a Divers that can't get out because of the wind Thread
The shoot out has been cancelled but the Orange Beach Open that we have been trying to get in for 6 weeks or more is on for next Fri and Sat.
And You can still enter up untill thursday at our shop (Gulf Divers) or Deep South of Alabama Dive Shop in Mobile.

The cold fronts are arriving every weekend. It takes 7 days for the front to get here from the North. It's going to be a long winter. Find a way to get out during the week.
It's been driving me crazy. I was supposed to go today to at least do some trolling for grouper and kings in about 45'. Too windy and visibility isn't good...scratched it. On an upbeat note, I caught 3 big Talapia out of my Uncle in laws pond today...supper tomorrow night. :)
