We headed out today out of haulover and had such a very good weather,viz was really good too. The sad part of the day was when we saw a turtle dead floating up front of halandale beach, it seems like some boat hit it , the shell was split all along, surfunc will probably post a pic of it. We cought like 13 hogs, 4 muttons,4 reds,1 trigger and1 schoolmaster. Overall it was a very good day specially 'cause I met some good people.
I got to say that surfunc is a very good fisherman, he got very good bottom time and some good skills. I'll be posting some pics in a bit.

The turtle pic, sad but meaty, would make good dog food. I want to top that catch tomorrow.

Pantoja, Gracias, gracias, gracias !!!

Even though I forgot my bands for both of our Riffes and I left our suits and a sleu of other miscellaneous equipment, I have to say I had an amazing time. Pantoja was gracious enough to lend me his Omer so I could still attempt to contribute to the photo you see above. I really wish I had more of an opportunity to learn from you Pantoja but there's always the next time. Surfunc was sporting quite possibly the coolest camera setup I've ever seen.
Hat's off to Surfunc, Freek and Pantoja you are all awesome Spearos.
I will bring my A game next time out (and my bands :) )

Pantoja shoots fish I don't even see. He'd go down, say there was a grouper down there, I'd go to look and wouldn't see it, he'd go back down and kill it right where I was looking. LOL
I know a couple places with AJ. We should head out off of Ft Lauderdale and hit a shallow wreck (100 feet ) where they hold up.
I gotta say you made me feel comfortable. The coconuts and the community beer was so cool !
