Well, since it's a dually, I hope it comes with a 6th wheel, too. :rofl:

Seriously, it's a type of connection between a trailer and the truck. Instead of the typical ball hitch, a 5th wheel has a horseshoe shaped coupling device mounted in the bed of the pickup. Looks like a smaller version of the coupler used on 18 wheelers.
