i need some help. i had bought a jb esclapez gun at a DEMA show here in the states in 1996. the gun is great and i just broke the last band and bent the shaft and i'm having a hard time finding a replacement shaft and bands. i would like to get a stainless shaft to replace the bent one. the gun has black neoprenecoating on the gun and has 2 trigger settings with a green handle. is there anyone here in the U.S. that would have these parts?

The easiest way to go is to tie your own bands and all you need are a couple of stainless adapters to convert your muzzle. You can get those from Florida Freedivers. A phone call would be best. As for the shaft, I'm sure a number of round-notch euro style shafts will work and you can get those from any place that sells euro guns - again, a call to Florida Freedivers would be a good start. www.flfreedivers.com
