I thought I would interduce myself. I have recently relocated from the Southern Islands of Japan to Sanford, N.C. My gear is all still in transit but I am very excited to get out & was just wanting to meet a few NC Spearos and maybe get an idea on what to expect. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to North Cackalacky. Don't know what the spearing was like over there, but I am sure you will enjoy it here. You might want to post what your preference is, bubble blowing or breath holding.

Hey guys, I wanted to know if anyone could point me to a good spearfishing or dive shop in NC? I need to pick up a few shafts & possibly a thicker suit.

Only one I know that really stocks spearo stuff is Discovery Diving in Beaufort.

Hey fellas, I got my all my gear & I'm dying to get under some water...If anyone has an extra seat or needs another body please let me know :bounce:. I will travel, load, unload, pitch-in on gas, or whatecer is needed.
