This link takes you to a list of all the fishery bulletins. You'll notice that the top one is "Seeking Public Comment on Red Snapper...."
It wouldnt hurt to make a thoughtful comment opposing their reductions, but it also wont change anything. All they do with the comments is make a crresponding list of excuses and include them when they send it to George Bush's Secretary of Commerce for aproval.
I'm trying to think of a diplomatic way of saying that the system sucks. :confused:
