I find this vindicating. I was listening to NPR this morning, and heard a young African-American politician from New York briefly touch on "typical" Republican racism during elections. I almost coughed my coffee all over the dashboard. I'm not saying they're aren't some racists in the Republican Party. I think the Republicans are really in trouble and need to substantively "clean house". But for the Democrats to still make these holier-than-thou statements after exposing their own problems with racism during this primary is nauseatingly hypocritical.
