Hello all,

I am a St. Pete native who first started diving 25 years ago. Just recently got back into spearfishing and my wife & I are having a blast. We still hook and line on occasion, but have had much more fun "shopping" for dinner. I look forward to learning more about filming our trips, underwater photography and spearfishing techniques from you all. Heading down to the keys later this month so I have a lot to brush up on. Well, that's about it except for my wife and I work too much and love to have a good time when we are not punching the time clock. Salute:beer:

Welcome aboard. You should enter or at least stop by "The Saint Pete Open Spearfishing Tournament" you will meet a lot of local spearos and make some good diving connections.:toast:

Thanks Relapse and Red Tide for the welcome. I am planning on trying to make the captains meeting and weigh in. I have heard several good things about the tournament, plus they will have cold beer, always a plus!

I may or may not be shooting...just waiting for the rest of a team to pick me up if I can fit in to their dive plan (they do things sometimes that are a little over my head, by my own account). Either way, should see you at the weigh in.
