Great day offshore on Floored. Kent, Stephan and i headed out for some deep dives. First dive in 160' we bumbled around like we never held a speargun. Missed 2 40 pound or so gags and Stephan did the same. Thats a long deco with a empty stringer. Kent went down on the next spot and put some good hogs and grouper in the boat. Rolling up to the next spot we sent down some squid so the girls could catch fish. Bait didn't make it to the bottom and i hear... "look at that fish jumping" Ali got her first dolphin. :) Kent and Stephan dive the spot and surface with some real nice hefty gag grouper. Shot a nice cobia in 100' that beat me up pretty good. While doing our stops kent and I were absolutely surrounded by big african pompano. Back on the boat we rigged up line guns then went back down and hung out at 30' Only saw 2 and shot 1 big one. Man those things are tasty! We didn't set the world on fire but it was a damn good day.
