I recently ordered a few of these cutters from SFS Carbide, and I have an extra one (never used) that I will sell for the $59 price I paid. Call it $64 shipped.

This is a solid carbide ball end cutter that have found to be perfect for cutting enclosed tracks. The 11/32" diameter cut leaves 1/32" clearance around a 5/16" shaft. I have purchased several different sizes of these bits from SFS Carbide, and we have refined the design a little from the earlier cutters. This one has two cutting edges instead of four, which helps it cut faster and cleaner through soft materials like wood or plastic. It also has a sharper cutting angle, which again makes for exceptionally clean cuts in Delrin (shown) and even soft UHMW.

The shank is 1/2" diameter fo fit standard router collets. The neck is 3/16" in diameter, with the idea being that a smaller slot in the top of the track would help retain a smaller 9/32" shaft if desired, and also help keep shooting line from finding its way down into the groove.
