i went spearfishing today and when i went about 15 feet under and i equalized and couldn't hold my breath any more. when i equalized just couldn't hold my breath anymore i can hold my breath for a minute. i equalize by holding my nose and try to blow out of my nose and i was wandering is there a easier way to equalize. thanks
