well dont know how in the hell I did this but damn it hurts. was in the pool floating on my back. Got a small amount of water in my nose. Grabed nose like I was clearing ears and some how pinched nose and blew to clear. dont know why i did that but messed something up fosho. felt pain in my left ear something fearce. It stoped hurting as bad but still hurts and Seems I can hear water in there. Felt my sinus burning like hell when it happened. What in the hell can I do to get that water out

Go to an ENT its possible you may have blew you ear drum.

try sudafed and bubble gum (chew it)... hopefully you just blew some pool water up your eustacian tube. if it doesn't improve soon, you may have a middle ear infection or a ruptured eardrum.

I once was diveib and couldnt clear my ears went down to far and suffered barro trauma to my ears.If it doesnt clear up soon you probably should go see an ENT
