Thinking of picking this camera up (http://www.warehousedeals.com/INTOVA-INWDIC600-6.0-MP-Digital-Camera/M/B000O1AVLS.htm?title=Deep%20Discounts:%20Cameras). Anyone familiar with it?

I know it may seem kinda shitty but the reviews and feedback seem worth it for a cheap buck. Housing alone will run about 150-200 so its not half bad. Theres some video's floating around youtube taken with this camera and they seem okay for what I am going to use it for (search by model number).

Any thoughts?

IMO... you will be much better off spending just a few more dollars to get a name brand setup.
Trying to get any service, parts or support from a no name company will not be worth the savings.
Good luck and post up some pics if you decide to get it.

I have 2. One is a canon SD600. The second is a canon SD1000. The 600 has a cracked LCD that I haven't fixed yet. The 1000 was its replacement.

The 1000 cost me about $150 from B&H. The housing for it cost about $150. It is actually a very nice camera and takes video and stills. A 2GB card will hold 15 minutes of video.

I just looked at B&H, the SD1000 is discontinued, but the SD750 and the SD1100 are still there. The 750 is almost identical to the 1000.

One problem with any of these cameras is white balance. They tend to look a little blue underwater. The deeper you go, the bluer. If you are going to take stills, you really need a flash. All of these point and shoot cameras have weak flashes.

If I were going to do it again, I would buy the canon G9 and an ikelite housing. That will set you back ~$1000 though. But the camera does take great video and stills.

I can put some video taken at depth and some taken in a pool on a server later today. I have pics too. PM me and I will give the address.

I am working on a bracket for my seahornet. I really want to mount the camera to it like the guys from sharktales.

I guess Sony has the best photo chip up to date. I'm talking about compact still cameras. I'm very pleased with mine.
