PLEASE HELP..............

I am trying to figure out how to make an on/off button for a camera mounted inside of a piece of 2' PVC. The Fisher scientific camera works great but i have to turn it on at start of dive then turn it off at end (or it ends after 45min on its own). Once the camera is on I mount it inside of the PVC housing and cap the end. Waterproof to 90' for several dives and takes pretty good video for the price. (I have about $175 in the whole thing)

Where would I find a "push type putton" than I can mount through a piece of 2" PVC that would press a button (inside the PVC tube) about the size of a pencil eraser? Of cource must be a waterproof push button hopefully rated to 100' plus. Thanks for any and all help!

Happy hunting!

I have an old Aqua-Video housing that is probably the same, 8" PVC. front dome, etc. It was made for an old Sony Hi8. and it will take many cameras, but I would like to have a solinoid or something to be able to turn on a new camera(the new Sony HD cameras fit perfectly, but the controls dont hit right.)

got my switch from Ikelight. Trying to figure out how to get it installed. 2gig underwater camera and case for under $200. Not too bad. Videos to come!

Thanks for the help! Happy hunting!
