Control Panel---Edit options---Thread display options----thread display mode.

You can change the order in which the posts appear right here. The same thing happened to me.

This is a newer version than SB. Sometimes it is older first, sometimes it is newer first. Thanks for helping out guys, we are working on the bugs as we speak.
