Hey guys,
Just finished my camera mount and figured I would snap a few pictures to share. Its a pretty basic setup so I am sure I will revise it as I go along. Its lightweight and pretty durable. Took out some of the center to free up some weight. Cant wait to test it out.
If you have any questions just leave them here and I will answer them.
all the best,
-dave

just make sure the gun is unloaded if taking pics of other divers or yourself for that matter.

Where did you get the hardware for the mount? Did you machine it all yourself or is that mount sold in a store? I have the same camera and would love to do the same. It looks great how you've mounted the camera...how does it handle in the water?

Its all self fabricated. Just some aluminum scrap metal shaved to and drilled out. The camera housing already had a thread (for a tripod i guess).
Its mounting to the same drill holes as my reel so no need to drill new holes into the barrel. The bracket arm extends about 6 inches and the camera connects at the end via an allen nut with washer. Its pretty basic but seems to work great.

Have you tried loading the gun with it on? Looks like it might get in the way.

Thanks. I think I can get a hold of some materials to do the same.
