Took my 4 young nephews out to collect some shellfish for dinner on Sunday. The catch took about a 1/2 hour to collect...stopped in one spot and never got further away than 12' from the boat.

The catch...

Fried them in a little olive oil, chopped onions, and garlic.

De-glazed the pan with some Pinot Grigio. Added some butter, clams with juice, chopped sun dried tomatoes, Basil, Oregano, lime juice, vegetable buillon, and parmesan cheese. Instead of using heavy cream to thicken, I used corn starch.

It was very tasty on top of some pasta with a good white wine and garlic bread. :thumbup:
