these are 4" OD 3.5" ID and 8" tall. will hold most handheld electronics or personal locator's. I have a "spot" in the pic for reference.
I have had these to 330fsw on the "KENDRICK" and they have been deeper with no issues. I carry mine with a ZEAGLE pony strap, works great.

What are they made of??

Solid PVC round stock.
Delrin makes it not very cost effective.
