Hi Guys!,
I am new to this spearfishing thing, my background is tournament sportfishing for Marlin, sailfish and wahoo. I am writing this post from a small bar in Marsh Harbor, Bahamas, called Curly Tails. I frequent the bahamas quite a bit, in fact I am going to Staniel Cay (Exumas) in a few weeks. Anybody have any tips for a newbie at this? I am an advanced diver and have all my gear but i will be using a Hawaiin sling and freediving. Thanks for any input

Welcome to the Planet Kingair! There are some incredible freedivers on the forums that can help you out. I know that Chris Gardinal did alot of video while using a sling in the Bahamas in his DVD Oceans in Action. PM a mod, myself, or Grawer if you need help or have any questions.
