I will be covering all aspects of spearfishing from beginner to advanced. Some of the topics I will cover are: selecting the proper speargun, how to use it, how not to use it, how to take care of it, proper banding, shaft selection, tip options, stalking techniques, body language, proper shot distances, realistic ranges of a speargun, shot selection, optimizing shot angles, freeshafting, lineshafting, line types, advantages and disadvantages of just about everything involving spearfishing. I will also be featuring the latest underwater shot videos provided by Fishkilla aka Capt. Ben Bateman. This video footage has become a valuable teaching tool and I can't imagine doing a seminar without it.

This seminar will be limited to 50 shooters so sign up early to make sure you get a seat.

Sorry, my mistake. Yes, it is on Thursday the 9th. The times are 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. I will contact Ocean Sports about their web info. Thanks for letting me know.

Hope to, but it won't likely happen until early 2009.

We have about 25 or 30 shooters signed up so far and we can hold about 40. If you were planning on attending, please call asap to ensure a seat. The seminar is this Thursday evening at 6:30 pm.
