Threw this togeather the other nite:

1lb of the frozen ready to eat now shrimp
4 hogfish fillets sliced into fork size pieces
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup onion sliced as thin as you can
3-4 basil leaves sliced into strips
butter
olive oil
dried parsley
garlic salt
pepper
2 jars of Alfredo sauce off the shelf of your groc store 1 regular, 1 with parmesan.


use the butter and olive oil on low heat to thaw the shrimp
place onions,fish,mushrooms with juice & basil in and saute until the fish firms up, pour on your sauce add your garlic salt, pepper and 2 tea spoons of parsley and allow to simmer stiring occasionaly until it get to the consistantsy of your liking.
Serve over Fettucini with some garlic bread.

NOTE: Test the sauce before adding the garlic salt it may not need it.

I increased the ingrediants for you all It was just my lady and I and there was none left over for the next day.
I guess some of you will now actualy have to go out and spearfish
enjoy

that does sound good but the Classico Alferdo is way better then the Ragu :smthumbup:
