Hi everyone,
I just bought a Mares 970 and cant wait to get out in the gulf to try it out.
I also have an older Mares Shorty that need pumping up. I know it takes a number of pumps to get it at the right pressure (somewhere between 280 to 360 or so pumps) about 25 bars. Does anyone know how to convert the bars to psi? And does anyone make a pressure guage that would go high enough to know where the pressure is at? Thanks loads, Seahunter

1 BAR = 14.50377 PSI
25 BAR = 362.5943 PSI

Good Luck!

I have the Euro fill system for pnuematics. It has an inline press. gauge so you can monitor the fill while filling. Call us if you need help.

^ exactly.

Before i had a guage to fill up my pneumatic, i would just pump them as much as i could until it was hard to load. I never counted how many pumps.
