I have an old jbl sawed off magnum that I dont really use that much because it is to short. Is it possible to make a new wooden stock for it without many power tools? I dont have a router for a track. How could I make the track and make an open muzzle? Thanks.

It would be pretty hard to do without the right tools.

You could always use this opportunity to buy new tools! :) It probably could be done with a tablesaw rip fence and a dado blade, and a lot of sanding!
