I have a small rip 1/2" in the shoulder strap of a two piece Picasso wet suit, at the top seam. Its probably OK for a few dives but I would like to get it repaired soon. Does anyone know of a repair shop in northern California, preferably in the northern SF bay area.

That sounds like something a little Picasso wetsuit glue can fix. It's a bit pricey for a small tube of glue, but it's the best I've ever used. If you really want a repair shop, contact Bill McIntyre on this board. He knows how to contact a lady who does excellent wetsuit repair. Best wishes.

yes that sounds like you can fix your self with some yazbeck or picasso glue, just make sure it is dry put a little bit on both sides of the tear let sit for a few minutes then push together and it will stick have made many repairs to my knee's in my riffe. or you can try otter bay in monteray at Contact Us
