Join Captain TJ Shea of 2Shea Dive Charters and DiverCity Scuba for a one of a kind hands on spearfishing class. Class will consist of one evening of lecture and one 3 tank 6 dive all day spearfishing charter with Captain TJ & crew. We will ride aboard 2Shea Charters brand NEW 40 Dorado Center Console. We will leave from their private slip at Seminole Boat Ramp in Clearwater and head out into the Gulf of Mexico!

Classroom will focus on Safety, Law & Regulations, Conservation and
Habitat Awareness, FISH ID, Equipment, and Hunting Techniques.

Course Includes: Classroom materials, classroom session and one three tank dive charter on 2Shea Charters.

Required Gear: Mask, Fins, Snorkel, Weights, Open Circuit Scuba set up & Current Florida Fishing License.

*Class does not include hunting equipment

*DiverCity does rent spearfishing equipment and scuba equipment.

The cockpit area is going to be enclosed and will be comprised of both hard sides and eisenglass. The eisenglass will extend further down the sides and wrap around to provide a door. You will be able to have an enclosed cabin for warmth or to cool off in the A/C. The back deck area is going to be a wide open platform with a large dive platform on the back. From the back deck moving towards the cockpit will be a tank rigging station that will hold 4 rigged tanks on each side with an open space between both sides for fin storage. On the ends of that station will be two livewells to be used for holding bait during fishing trips or as a freshwater mask bucket during dive trips. There will be a fridge and microwave in the cabin along with some more seating. Down below will have a bed area and bathroom. Two huge fishboxes with one having the ability to be sectioned off to be used for short half day trips for plinking hogs. This way there won't be a ton of ice wastage. The amount of room on this thing is sick. It will be one sweet ride.
