Hi everyone...
I'm new to the board and want to know if anyone is up for a morning buddy tomorrow (9/23)? I've mostly scuba until lately and have been getting more into freedive spearfishing. I'm in Hermosa Beach so it would be from shore in either PV or Torrance - White's Point, Marineland, Haggarty's. I have no problem going out alone but it would be nice to find some people in my area that like to do this. I've got the float, line, and two guns (120+ Riffe and a little JBL for reef). If anyone wants to get wet with a newbie let me know. Rain or shine I'm in and always looking for a reason to get out.

Hi and welcome to SFP. I can't make it to dive tomorrow as I have previous plans, but I am planning to dive Tuesday afternoon or maybe Friday morning in Laguna to make sure that all the spots that I scouted for this year's bug opener are still holding bugs. You're welcome to come with if you wish.

Thanks for the welcome.I've already warned everyone that I will be "out" of contact for next weekend so I doubt I could get away before then. I'll take you up on it in the future though.

Hello and welcome. I am also in Hermosa and usually jump in from shore like you do in PV and area. My days off where I can go diving are Mondays and Wednesdays. PM me and I'll send ya my number and we'll meet up sometime to dive. I just ordered the lobster bags for me and my buddy and we can't wait for this weekend to come.

What time on Friday? I may be up for that dive. Never dove for bugs and wanted to avoid the weekend opener for safty reasons, but Friday should be good. BTW are you heading down to the puertecitos this weekend? If so maybe we could carpool down. Never been down that far and would hate to get lost on the way.

Lol that was last friday that I was diving. I may be diving tomorrow, but I'm not sure what work has in store for me.

Yes, I am headed to Puertecitos though I am not the one driving. I've never been there myself though Dale did post directions. I don't know if there is any space left in my friend's truck because there are already 3 of us going in it. If you want, we could sort of caravan it down and drive in a group of cars. Maybe some other people will come too.

Dohh I need to check the dates on these post. As far as carpooling down that would be great! I got the directions and already planned on driving, but may end up loosing my carpool buddy because he's worried about getting robbed. So still hasn't decided if he's going, but to have a caravan would be great since I have never driven down that far in mexico before. What time are you guys heading down?

Still unsure of the departure time. The driver was in Vegas all weekend so he couldn't be reached.
