I brought back a Hookah water pipe from the middle east. Need to make room for things and trying to get rid of breakables with the baby running around now. This thing is really nicely made. Never smoked. It is missing the small piece at the top where the charcoal goes, but I would think it would be easy to order or pick one up at a smoke shop. If you want it for display item you won't need it. This thing looks amazing. It comes with tongs, a case, charcoal and some tobacco (which is probably dried out). Price is 75 plus shipping.
