they'll never tell what their intent is.
Not directly, anyway.
Catch shares for the recreational fishery.
Dancing to the tune of the paid advocates who continuously visit the Concil members where they live.

Of course, if you check out the latest from the leader of the sector separation, he is advocating that there be no more hearings on the issue.
Just give him the fishery and he will shut up....

Time to make some noise, people. Congress really does listen, but you gotta 'check the box' about public input.
