Weather Looks Good - Who's Shooting?
The weather for this weekend looks good for the 46th Southern Open. Who's got the guts and fortitude to go spearing in 5 knot winds (and that's the forecast as it now stands for out to 60nm)?
Myself, Iggy, El Gavilan., and Chris are going to give the Hatteras a go and "due West we are a rowing." We have room from Emo Spearo. Is he already booked on a boat? Just got my suit back from SEATUX that is now equiped w/loading pad and pwr head pocket. Fast serviceand great workmanship! Thanks Don. Now I'm ready to terrify triggerfish.

After getting the mail from Wednesday and putting the info into the computer we have a pre-registration of 101 divers. The weather has picked up to 10kts out 60 nm - so those of you riding in a 15' Jon boat might want to re-think that trip to the Elbow!
