Great Day! I want to thank Bryan Anderson and Trey Stickland (WCC Co-chairs) for all their work leading up to the tournament and during the weigh-in. Also big THANKS to Lindsey O'Hern and Malena (Gulf Coast Underwater Hunters) for helping with the weighin and the scoring.

SEALS stepped up and dumped the cold pizza for warm barbque. They gave out four $50 gift certs that can be use by any of 8 different PADO dive shops. Nice prizes. Congrats to those who were the lucky winners. Great job Seals.

The best part, besides the weather and the viz, was the attitude of this great group of divers. It was fantastic to see the humor, the patience and the good sportsmanship of 60 some divers (minus Bateman)

The next one is June 6th, with the weigh-in at Gulport Marina. The weighin deadline may have to be moved up from 7pm to 6pm to get everyone weighed in before dark. We have a FSDA meeting this week and we will discuss it. BUT for now it is still 7pm deadline....

This was my first WCC Tournament, and I cannot wait until the next one, June 6th!
A special thanks to a few of the SPUCS members for making me feel welcomed. (I really could have used that extra five minutes of shut-eye! Bryan, I will remember my earplugs next time.)

I had a blast for my first WCC as well, cant wait for the next one. Just hope I do as well in the next ones as I did in this one.

Also a big thanks to Charlie for taking me out and letting me put a smack down on some fish. Thanks bro its always fun diving with you guys and as always I can't forget Mike for bringing some sweet eye candy to stare at all day on the boat. No wonder I only got 5 drops in all day.
