It’s time to kick off another great WCC series!!!
What Club is going to knock the Seals off the thrown they have held the past 3 years???????
Pre-Registration for the 2010 WCC (West Cost Council) has begun deadline for pre-registration 4/30/10.
We have made a few rule changes this year:
1. We have reduced the fish limit to 2 per category for Hogfish,Sheephead/Trigger, and Snapper, and 1 fish limit for Grouper.
2. We have also put in a rule to promote more Junior shooters in the tournament. Junior shooters do not have to be a member of a FSDA club to participate (but do have to become FSDA members) and top junior shooter will receive a trophy at each meet if we have at least 2 junior shooters. Let’s get the youth into our sport!!!

Yes, it was hard to get a hold of your personal calendar but we knew once we obtained your schedule we would be able to create conflicts and keep you from taking all the trophies.

With Kite being in conflict, my absence and D4B's recent varmint tea bagging incident. We have no chance...Bottom Dweller is going to have to bring in some ringers.

Bateman has become an East Coast junkie... There is something about those lobsters over there that just keeps his attention.

Remember that all pre-registrants can skip the mandatory early morning check-in but they still have to wait until 7:30 am to leave their dock.

All participants and/or boat representatives who have NOT pre-registered must sign in with the Tournament Host club representative prior to the start time and leave from the host ramp either by boat or car, not before the starting time.

Only a couple more weeks for pre-registration, thank you to those who have already sent in their registrations!! There is a FSDA meeting this coming Wednesday so instead of mailing in your registrations you could have your club rep bring them to the FSDA meeting. Just a suggestion.

14) Entry fee: Adults: $100.00 pre-registration, $120.00 at the first dive for all four (4) dives, or $40.00 at each dive. Juniors: $75.00 pre-registration, $90.00 at the first dive for all four (4) dives, or $30.00 at each dive. (All pre-registration entries must be received by April 30, 2010) Individuals may pre-register for a single WCC event (therefore not be required to attend the morning meeting) if their waiver and money are post-marked no later than the Friday (1 week prior to the meet) BEFORE the WCC meet. Please make checks payable to the West Coast Council and should be sent to: WCC Chairman, 131 88th AVE NE St.Petersburg FL. 33702. Registration for the series can also be paid at the first WCC dive. No refunds will be given.

Good news is that since I am V.P. of the FSDA, then I guess I can receive my own entry fee and my clubs participants entry fees and then get them to Trey, Malena, or Ken. Well something tells me we aren't gonna be late.

By the way smartass, I only read Trey's post which I quoted.

May be in key West but I will pre register anyway in case I have a change in plans. My buddy has got some mosquito spread fever. They say he may be the 8th case so I may not go.

2 days left to get your regisration in. If it is post marked by Friday 4/30 we will count it as pre-registered for the discount. Also, AO and Jim's dive shop have offered to collect registration for me. If you don't have time to get them in the mail and you are by the shops just drop them off by Friday.
