This is the trip I booked as a Christmas present for the guys in my Shop, we only booked half the boat but it looks like the group that was supposed to go on the other half has backed out and there are now some open bunks. I love this boat (especially since I don't have to drive and watch everyone else shoot the fish) and I obviously think that there is going to be a pretty damn cool group of guys on here since its mostly my crew. I know how much it sucks to have a large group bail on you and go from making a good pay day to breaking even or worse so I thought I'd try to help out and drum up some more shooters for Capt Rick. Anyone interested call and book with their shop 239-466-0466, its only $740 for the trip with Nitrox. Probably only get 12 dives in (5, 5, 2) due to short days but this is the time of year when the big black grouper move in shallower..... so I feel like it balances out. These pics are from our last trip.

Pat, I did the 12/9-12/2010 trip with them last year and had a great time. There were good numbers of lobsters, hogs and some big blacks (into the 40s). Wish that I had the time to go this year. They also have an annual boat contest where if you shoot the biggest fish of the year you win a free trip the following year. My 40-something AJ came within a few pounds of winning - so it was definitely doable if you hit some of the wrecks (Baja California) on the way back on Sunday (which we missed because of weather). The price also doesn't get much better - I paid $850 when I went.

Grauer and I did the Tortugas trip earlier this year and barely missed lobster season, but still had a great time.

We had the boat booked last weekend the 1st thru the 4th and they cancelled due to wind let me know how yall do. Good luck.
