This perverted bastard is due some payback, I'm thinking about hitting the sex toy store on the way and packing the tightie whities with one of those 12" rubber dongers - give this urological prick something to deal with before he breaks out the scalpel. He's promised enough pharmaceuticals to get me by for 48 hours, after that I'm on my own. I'm looking for a little SFP encouragement here but I'm sure this thread will be filled with horror stories from hell involving references to swelling like a cantaloupe, etc...............................

Its not that bad from what I hear...THere are several people I work with who have had it done. and my current boss here had t done as well. listen to the doc, he is going to give you instructions and listen to him to keep from swelling. he will give you like a anti-inflamatory medication and make sure you take them all as he states to avoid being down for longer than normal. But the majority of people I have discussed it with say 3-4 days max and your back to normal.

Just reach down and get a firm grip on his jewels and simply state.... we are not going to hurt each other are we!

Been there, done that...it was total none-issue! (Dr. Stein, in Tampa, btw...took all of :15 min.)
Had the procedure on Fri. p.m., was on the boat Sunday bouncing around (OK, just boat wakes, it was pretty calm!). No pain at all...and the gf at the time was happy to "assist" in getting all those nasty little swimmers eliminated...lol!

Dr. Goldberg here, what is it about these non gentiles? First they come up with the circumcission, then if you want to get snipped, you have to catch them between the temple and the golf course. What is this infatuation they have with minor surgical procedures on the penis and testees?

The guy who did my vasectomy was Dr. Cockburn in Tampa (kick ass name for a urologist). Dude, don't believe the hype! I was mowing the lawn the day after the procedure, in the gym lifting epic amounts of iron the day after that, and throwing full modern day Peter North style ropes by the end of the weekend. The best part is that I forgot to shave my balls like I was instructed to in my pre-op appointment so a hot nurse did the honors before they knocked me out. I gave her a $5 tip and told her that while she was down there to take a little off the taint as well.

So bottom line man up, get it done, and if there is any swelling find the nearest female and give her a solid mouth pumping to relieve the pressure .

Take no surgical procedure lightly. I almost died - literally - from my snip. Took a steady dose of Percoset for 6 months, was mostly recovered in 2 years, and could still tell the weather in my crotch for almost 10 years.

The procedure is not that bad, I had mine done in the office, 12 minutes tops. I did mine with local anesthesia and watched the whole thing, smoke rollin off my center section was not that kewl, but overall everything went smoothly.

Had it done 20yr ago or more. Best thing I ever did. Just remember to go sit on some ice and dont lift anything for a few days. A friend didn't listen to the doc and ran some errands before he went home. by the time he got home he swelled up to the size of grapefruits and was in pain for weeks.

Listen to Dive4blood!! It is a nearly painless procedure. I was back in the saddle in 2 days with nearly no pain. It will take a "load" off your mind!
