BAHAMAS!!
I will try to keep this short because I know if I start trying to write a report it will turn into an essay and theres a chance I could fill up a few pages. Last week I was invited to the Bahamas by Cameron and I could not pass it up. We made the crossing and I didnt know what to expect as far as fish go over there but by the first 30 min in the water I had pretty good idea of what great things were to come! (2 BIG hogs, mutton, 10lb cero). I wont go into detail but basically we crushed it in the very short time we were there. I will let the pictures do the talking for this report. The best photos are slated for an upcoming spearing magazine article but I will give a little tease now and show you guys some video stills.

Looks like you didn't have a hard time adjusting to the new environment. AP and cero with the polespear are pretty impressive!

SICK!
We are going on a cruise in August to the Bahama's, so it will be killing me to see all the goodies swimming around me and not be able to shoot them. How long is the trip to the Bahama's from the US?

Nice fish and great photos. Are there any facilities at Walker's Cay now?? Where did you refuel? Is there a customs officer stationed at Walker's Cay now?
It used to be an absolutely beautiful resort/fishing spot with a large marina and airport, but all was wiped out by hurricanes. I'm just wondering if anything has been restored.

Customs is still at Walkers. That and and airstrip is about all that is still there. Lodging next door at Grand.
There are new rumors every year about Walkers. The old mans kids are basically fighting over it.
