speargun specs?

Hi there, so I decided on getting a new speargun and was wondering what specs you guys think I should go with? Kind of like pros and cons and stuff like that. Im planning on getting a 110 cm mako predator pro with twin 16mm bands. My questions were whats the difference between open and closed muzzle? and is there really a difference between mini shark fins or notches? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
