I'm down for the cause. I'd like to meet more people to go with and new spots. I've been in the business for about a year and love it. Only do any real damage at night, though. I've got a lot to learn.

Years back, 1969 or so the Reef Rovers of Kadena along with all the other clubs on the Island and many from all over the Pacific area met at Onna Bay and held an International Competetion involving Spearing, plus may other contests and one heck of a Luau. Good luck with your Pole Spear competetion as that's my favorite way of hunting and I still have one made by Rich Taclan one of the finest U/W hunters to come around. Tacky, John Higa and several other Hawaiians put on the Laua at that gathering above.
It was mentioned about hunting at night, that with the pole spear were the best!! I will admit though that I often carried a short gun on a float for caves, etc.

i need other people to fish with i mean i got my lil click here on Camp Hansen but id like to meet others so i can learn more about the sport and all im catching is 10lb's or 20lb's during the day lol "mental note go get a gold card"

Hey man i'm on kadena and im doing some spearing (well I was till I lost my spear last week) around Torii i'll be getting a speargun soon. got the field next week but I will be around for memorial day weekend. hit me up if ya wanna go kill some fish

only thing about the speargun is thats illegal out here man im down to go with anyone but pole spears only just dont want some random MP/JP to come over and see our group with a speargun u can usualy get them pole spears pretty cheap in this fishing store we go to all the time next time im out you can come with we usualy chill on the sea wall for a bit then go to this lil restaurant/bar called Narahi's but yea ill be back in oki on the 17th
